Program Integrator - Space Technologies
The Program Integrator supports the Program Management Office (PMO) by ensuring smooth coordination and execution of daily activities across multiple high-reliability space hardware programs. This individual serves as a key enabler for program success by managing logistics, maintaining documentation, creating professional presentations, coordinating team events, and assisting with internal and external communications. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, with a passion for supporting mission-critical space programs.
On any given day, the selected candidate may be asked to:
- Develop and maintain program templates, trackers, and documentation to streamline operations.
- Support the creation and update of program-level presentations, status reports, and briefings for internal reviews and customer meetings.
- Coordinate team logistics such as meeting scheduling, calendar invites, room reservations, and material preparation.
- Plan and execute team morale and engagement events, including themed activities, recognition events, and meal coordination.
- Support communications and branding efforts within the Business Unit (e.g., newsletters, dashboards, posters, and displays).
- Assist with configuration management of program documents and deliverables, as well as tracking of on-time delivery.
- Partner with the Program Manager and Technical Leads to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks that contribute to program efficiency and team cohesion.
- Occasionally support hands-on or "crafty" tasks such as assembling boards, props, or themed materials for events or reviews.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 7 years directly related program experience - OR – bachelor's degree with 3 years directly related program experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting defense or aerospace programs.
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools (MS Project, Confluence, Jira, GitLab, etc.).
- Creative design skills for visual storytelling and presentation design, as well as "arts and crafts" type projects.
- Prior experience coordinating employee engagement or morale events.
- Understanding of high-reliability space or electronics systems.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Programs.
- Excellent organization, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and quality.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to be confident working independently, yet collaborative and curious when clarification is needed.
Salary Range: $58K - $75K
