✨ About The Role
- The Proposal Manager will lead and manage the proposal development process to pursue winning proposals in the federal sector
- Responsibilities include scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, and coordinating proposal governance and sign off
- The role involves delivering compliant and professionally produced proposals within customer-defined time frames
- The Proposal Manager will work with various internal and external contributors, including BD, sales, marketing, product teams, finance, pricing, contracts, legal, and delivery
- The position requires coaching sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices, as well as creating and maintaining documentation associated with the proposal development process
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Proposal Manager with a minimum of 12 years of work experience, specifically with 8 years of proposal management in the Federal marketplace
- Proven track record of leading and managing winning bids for competitive opportunities with contract values of $10 million or greater
- Ability to coordinate and review proposal input from various stakeholders and manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously
- Strong written English language skills are essential, with the capability to provide samples
- Must be a US Citizen with a Secret level clearance
