At BlueHalo, an AV Company, our software engineers build tools that power some of the most critical missions on Earth. You won't be stuck maintaining legacy code—you'll be engineering modern, scalable, high-performance applications that push technical boundaries and deliver real impact.

We're looking for a senior-level full-stack developer who thrives in an Agile environment and brings deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical software.

You like to do this:

• Design and build scalable backend services using Java, Python, or similar languages
• Create user-friendly interfaces using frameworks like React or Angular
• Debug, test, and optimize performance across complex systems
• Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with DevOps
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate quickly

You are required to have this:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + 18 years of experience (or Master's + 15 years, or Associate's + 20 years)
• Expertise in software engineering across the full development lifecycle
• Experience with modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, React, Spring Boot)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization, and cloud services
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Salary Range: $195,000 – $222,000

The BlueHalo, an AV Company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
