✨ About The Role

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in relevant fields such as spacecraft, airplanes, or vehicles.
- A strong understanding of additive manufacturing (AM) metallic machine operations is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should be mechanically inclined and possess both basic and advanced shop skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial traits for this position.
- Experience with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices is highly valued.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate resourcefulness and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
