This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.
As part of a small team the Integration Engineer will be responsible for facility construction/modification support, facility operation, maintenance. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Job Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair gaseous and cryogenic pressure vessels for Blue Origin. Commodities include (but are not limited to) oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen, acetylene, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.
- Install, maintain, and repair cryogenic equipment at Blue Origin facilities to include vaporizers, pumps, gas mixers, auto-changeovers, external alarm panels, and telemetry units.
- Fabricate, maintain, and repair gaseous tubing/piping distribution systems Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on all bulk gas assets.
Desired:
- Working knowledge of a variety of commodities, both gaseous and liquid.
- Knowledge of P&ID's and the use of computer programs such as AutoCAD or Creo
- Familiarity with tube fabrication (bend, flare, fittings, etc) and pressurized system safety
- Familiarity with ASME B31.3 requirements
- Demonstrated experience with NPT, AN, ORB, and medium pressure tubing/piping systems
- Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardware
- MIG/TIG, orbital welding experience
- OSHA 10/30 General industry training.
Required:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Ability to read and interpret drawings – P&IDs, fabrication drawings
- Commodity facility construction, operation, and maintenance
- Fabrication and routing of pressurization and propellant tubing
- Operation of test facility systems
- Working with engineers on design concepts/improvements for new or existing gas systems
- Planning, communicating, and executing assembly steps for projects
- Flexibility to support Blue Origin manufacturing as required – this may mean shift work or extended hours based on need
- Safe working practices:
- Experience safely working with hazardous chemicals and high-pressure systems
- Demonstrated strong bias for safety in operations
Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $35.52-$49.73
