- The Aerospace Technician will be responsible for fabricating, inspecting, and testing avionics assemblies for various spaceflight systems.
- This role involves assisting with the transition from development to production, including qualification schedules and first articles.
- The technician will perform second party verifications and hardware inspections to ensure compliance with engineering models and specifications.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions through modification, rework, and repair will be key responsibilities.
- The position requires adherence to ESD and safety standards while supporting vehicle and launch operations.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in a direct manufacturing position, particularly in aerospace programs.
- A strong understanding of harsh environment cable harness assemblies, including power, signal, fiber optic, and high data rate cables, is essential.
- The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, 5S, and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to work effectively within a diverse team.
- The candidate should possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
