- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a direct manufacturing position, particularly in aerospace programs. - A strong understanding of harsh environment cable harness assemblies, including power, signal, fiber optic, and high data rate cables, is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should demonstrate experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, as the role requires collaboration with diverse teams across large geographic distances. - Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with rapidly changing priorities.
