- Candidates should demonstrate experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, as the role requires collaboration with diverse teams across large geographic distances.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with rapidly changing priorities.
