- The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication. - Strong ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, and work instructions is essential. - Candidates should be comfortable using precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches and micrometers. - A collaborative mindset is necessary to work effectively with diverse teams. - Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for this role. - The candidate should be physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting items up to 35lbs. - A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work flexible shifts.
