- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in aerospace or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team. - The candidate should possess the ability to use standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment. - An A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly is preferred. - The successful individual will be passionate about the mission of enabling human access to space.
