- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in NC programming, demonstrating a strong technical background. - Excellent blueprint reading skills, including proficiency in GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard, are essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess experience with stainless steel and aluminum materials, showcasing versatility in machining. - Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with engineers, manufacturing engineers, and machinists. - A self-motivated individual who can prioritize work to meet project deadlines will thrive in this position.
