- Responsibilities include the development, release, and support of engineering artifacts throughout the hardware fabrication, assembly, verification, testing, and operations cycle.
- The role requires investigating equipment failures and diagnosing faulty operations to provide recommendations to the maintenance crew.
- Projects may encompass various aspects of applied fluid and mechanical engineering, including the design, analysis, and testing of fluid components and systems.
- The candidate will be involved in integrating materials and processes, manufacturing, systems testing, operations, and systems engineering.

- The ideal candidate has successfully completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2024, demonstrating familiarity with the company's culture and operations.
- A strong educational background is essential, with a minimum of a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, or a similar discipline.
- The candidate should possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, particularly on rapid development programs.
