- The EHS Technician III will assist in implementing all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the Florida site, focusing on various technical safety program areas.
- Responsibilities include managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste, conducting routine environmental and safety inspections, and participating in safety walks and committees.
- The technician will collect and enter data into EHS software modules and serve as a resource for work groups regarding EHS questions or issues.
- The role involves assisting in incident investigations and the development of Job Hazard Analyses, as well as performing health and safety audits as required.
- The position requires a commitment to continuous improvement of safety culture and processes within the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field, with 3-5 years of industry-related experience preferred.
- A successful candidate must be a self-starter and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with employees at all levels.
- The role requires a strong knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws regarding health and safety compliance.
- Candidates should possess strong computer skills, particularly with the latest Microsoft Office programs, to manage data and reports effectively.
- Flexibility to work all hours, including weekends and off shifts, is essential for this position.
