- This role involves developing new rocket engine integration processes and translating engineering intent into functional hardware.
- The engineer will lead the integration build sequence, focusing on cost, quality, and schedule throughout the manufacturing process.
- Responsibilities include conducting DFMA and PFMEA studies to enhance the feedback loop between design, build, and test.
- The engineer will interface with external suppliers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of hardware and equipment.
- The position requires the development of process control measures and their evaluation through statistical analysis.

- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited university is required.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Strong intuition and judgment are essential, especially when faced with ambiguity and the need for quick decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of developing and starting new manufacturing processes.
