- The Facilities HVAC Technician will be responsible for the operation, diagnosis, analysis, and repair of industrial HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, and air handling units. - Preventative maintenance on HVAC control and operating systems will be a key responsibility, along with performing required calibrations. - The role involves installing or repairing ductwork, refrigeration piping, and exhaust equipment. - The technician will also be expected to perform trouble calls for systems beyond HVAC and monitor subcontractors during their work. - The position requires a commitment to safety and quality, directly impacting the history of space exploration.
