- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in aerospace or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. - The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate differing opinions without conflict. - Proficiency in using standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment is required. - An A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration is preferred.
