- The ideal candidate will have 5 to 9 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication of aviation or aerospace structures. - A strong ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written work instructions is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Experience with precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and optical measuring instruments is required. - The successful individual will be comfortable working in dynamic environments and be willing to learn and improve continuously.
