This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
As a subject matter expert (SME), you will contribute significantly to the development of innovative best practices and standards. You will be responsible for advancing techniques, procedures, and criteria essential for the successful release and verification of manufacturing processes. Your role will focus on leading specialized production initiatives, ensuring that production schedules, assembly, execution, and quality objectives are met across designated areas. You will collaborate with various teams such as R&D, engineering, and customer service to achieve safety, efficiency, quality, and profitability goals.

Your role will involve managing multiple projects with a focus on visual management across the site, collaborating with teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
