- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in aerospace or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team. - A background in using standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment is required. - Candidates should possess an A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration. - Familiarity with 3-D CAD tools for viewing models and interpreting engineering drawings is necessary.
