- The ideal candidate will have a passion for space exploration and a commitment to safety in human spaceflight. - A minimum of 15 years of hands-on manufacturing experience is required, showcasing a deep understanding of the manufacturing process. - The candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in CNC programming, specifically with NX/UG or MasterCam. - Excellent skills in blueprint reading, including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard, are essential for this role. - Experience in designing tools and fixtures, as well as creating set-up sheets, is necessary for success in this position.
