- The position requires managing non-conformance reports and supporting the introduction of new products by crafting manufacturing plan artifacts.
- The role demands a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing, including GD&T.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience is required.
- Candidates should possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.
- Experience in hardware manufacturing with structures, fluid systems, mechanical systems, or avionics systems is highly desirable.
