- The Manufacturing Engineer II will be responsible for developing and implementing rocket engines into production.
- This role involves translating engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into fully functional hardware.
- The engineer will manage cost, quality, build sequence, and schedule throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conducting DFMA and PFMEA studies will be part of the responsibilities to enhance the design-build-test feedback loop.
- The position requires interfacing with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of hardware.
- The engineer will also be tasked with designing, procuring, installing, and integrating custom manufacturing equipment.
- Root cause analyses will be performed when non-conformances are identified, and corrective actions will need to be deployed.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required for this position.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean systems and methodologies is essential for optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
