- This position focuses on the analysis of unique Thermal Protection System (TPS) and hot structures components for the New Glenn launch vehicle.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering, with an M.S. preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as aircraft, spacecraft, or automotive structures.
- A strong background in hot structure analysis and sizing on recently developed vehicles is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in finite element software packages such as Ansys, NASTRAN, or Abaqus is required to perform complex analyses.
- The candidate should possess a detailed understanding of failure modes and design drivers for hot structures, ensuring safety and reliability.
