- The primary responsibility is to utilize proper tools and processes to rework and repair high reliability avionics printed circuit board assemblies. - The role involves both manual hand operations and the operation of automated rework and repair equipment. - Miniature and micro-miniature soldering skills are required for the removal and installation of components. - The technician will contribute to lab 5S responsibilities and process improvement projects. - A technical assessment will be part of the interview process to evaluate the candidate's skills.

- The ideal candidate will have IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-610 certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in soldering standards. - Excellent communication skills are essential for maintaining positive relationships and contributing to a culture of inclusion. - A customer-oriented mindset is crucial, as the role involves working closely with various teams and stakeholders. - The candidate should be able to work effectively with both verbal and written engineering instructions. - Experience in crimping, cable, and harnessing, along with IPC 620 certification, is preferred for this position.
