- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in supply chain or a related industry.
- A master's degree with 6 years of experience is also acceptable, indicating a strong educational background.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of FAR/DFAR and general contract law principles.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach are essential for establishing and tracking program metrics.
- The ability to engage with and influence leadership teams is crucial for success in this role.
