- This role involves setting up new production work areas, including tooling and equipment for the Lunar Lander Program. - The technician will assist with the transition from development to production, including first articles and hardware inspections. - Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and correcting malfunctions through modification, rework, and maintenance. - The technician will perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. - Operating various material handling equipment and precision calibrated tools is a key part of the job.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in aerospace or related fields, demonstrating a strong technical expertise. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within a diverse team. - The candidate should possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating differing opinions without conflict. - A strong background in using standard mechanical tools and fabrication shop equipment is required, along with the capability to prepare close tolerance holes for fastener installation. - An A&P license or equivalent experience in launch vehicle or propulsion system assembly and integration is preferred.
