- The candidate will manage the global partner contra program budget, including MDF, funded head, and rebates/incentives.
- Training and enabling corporate and partner sales teams on global partner strategy and program updates is a key responsibility.
- The role also includes identifying and executing new business opportunities and managing the Broadcom Partner Portal.

- The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in a B2B IT or telecom environment, particularly in a partner-facing role.
- A proven track record of executing various activities with Cloud, Technology, and Reseller Partners is essential.
- Strong relationship-building skills are crucial, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
- The candidate should be an effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in matrix environments.
- A self-starter mindset is necessary, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while being detail-oriented and agile.
