- The Electronics Manufacturing RF Technician IV will be responsible for testing and qualifying electronic assemblies for space and related platforms.
- Daily tasks will include setting up, calibrating, and troubleshooting test equipment, as well as conducting tests on production assemblies.
- The role involves completing administrative functions such as process documentation and supporting technical manufacturing/design analysis.
- The technician will work closely with manufacturing and design engineering teams to ensure products meet specifications.
- The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing non-conformances and manufacturing process improvements.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing and testing high reliability electronic components, particularly in aerospace or similar industries.
- A strong understanding of RF and electronics theory is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with electromechanical assemblies and test equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and change management processes will be beneficial.
