- The Principal Electronics Lab Technician will be responsible for assembling, reworking, and testing complex circuit boards in an engineering lab environment.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience as an electronics lab technician, demonstrating a strong background in electronics and hands-on work.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but additional education or training in electronics is preferred.
- Candidates should possess significant assembly and rework experience with sensitive SMT components, particularly RF amplifiers or BGAs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform intricate hand reworks are essential for success in this role.
