- The Principal RF Engineer will be responsible for RF circuits, modules, and systems throughout all phases of the development process.
- The role involves working on phased array communication systems, including RF front ends, frequency converters, filters, and phased array antennas.
- Responsibilities include hardware design tasks such as block diagrams, detailed schematics, PCB layout, simulations, and test design.
- The successful candidate will also serve as a technical mentor and may lead company programs.
- The position requires collaboration in a dynamic and cross-functional work environment, emphasizing hands-on and autonomous work.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Master of Science preferred.
- A minimum of 9 years of industry experience in RF electronics and systems design is required.
- Candidates should possess expert-level proficiency in professional simulation tools such as CST and ADS, as well as EDA tools like Altium.
- Extensive hands-on experience with lab instruments such as vector network analyzers and spectrum analyzers is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for presenting engineering design review materials and participating in proposal-writing efforts.
