✨ About The Role
- Responsible for RF circuits, modules, and systems through all phases of development, including board-level and system-level RF electronics design
- Design tasks include block diagrams, detailed schematics, PCB layout and routing, simulations, and test design
- Lead hardware designs from initial concept through to in-orbit support, including requirements definition, architecture definition, part selection, and manufacturing
- Participate in proposal-writing efforts and present engineering design review materials to customers and executive team
- Serve as a technical and professional mentor in the field, with the opportunity to lead company programs
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced RF engineer with a minimum of 9 years in the industry, specializing in RF electronics and systems design
- Proficient in professional simulation tools such as CST and ADS, as well as EDA tools like Altium
- Skilled in board-level schematic design, PCB layout of RF circuits, and system-level communications concepts
- Strong hands-on experience with lab instruments such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present engineering design review materials to customers and executive teams
