- The Proposal Manager will manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs under the direction of the Director of Business Capture.
- This role involves leading and managing the overall proposal development process from pre-proposal through post-proposal phases.
- The candidate will analyze solicitations, identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepare detailed proposal schedules, outlines, and guidelines.
- Developing and applying proposal management artifacts, including compliance matrices and kick-off coordination, is a key responsibility.
- The Proposal Manager will conduct proposal reviews to ensure overall quality and adherence to internal best practices and federal procurement guidelines.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in proposal management is essential for success in this role.
- Proven experience in writing and managing the proposal process for government, DoD, and commercial proposals in the space or aerospace industry is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high bar for accuracy and detail, are crucial.
- The candidate should possess strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete important tasks effectively.
