- Responsible for ownership of the CRM and maintaining corporate customer relationship management data
- Building processes to ensure prompt responses to customer requests for information
- Creating quotes for new business opportunities and evaluating proposal opportunities relevant to the product roadmap
- Initiating contact with internal and sales rep teams to build processes and strategy
- Coordinating follow-up and engagement strategies to expand sales opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of experience working in business development/sales/operations roles
- Experience in the aerospace industry is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high bar for accuracy and detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
