- The role involves assembling, reworking, and testing complex circuit boards in an engineering lab environment
- Responsibilities include integrating and testing boxes made up of these boards, such as phased array boxes and digital-to-RF processing units
- The technician will be required to solve technical problems with advanced rework skills and electronics knowledge
- Managing the engineering lab, maintaining lab processes, equipment calibration, and consumables will be part of the job duties

- Experienced electronics lab technician with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in assembling, reworking, and testing complex circuit boards in an engineering lab environment
- Skilled in integrating and testing boxes made up of these boards, such as phased array boxes and digital-to-RF processing units
- Strong ability to solve technical problems with advanced rework skills and electronics knowledge
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a tight-knit team and mentor junior technicians and engineers
