✨ About The Role
- Responsible for program performance and day-to-day execution, including concept development, implementation, production, modification, integration and test, and delivery
- Single point of contact for customer interactions, program management reviews, customer bi-weekly reviews, and major program reviews
- Collaborates with all functional organizations at CesiumAstro to ensure program success using risk and opportunity management framework
- Establishes program management baselines, measures program performance, and monitors progress to generate revised estimates and estimates to completion
- Assists the Director of Programs in establishing standard processes, practices for consistency across the portfolio of programs
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced program manager with a minimum of 12 years of program management or subcontract management experience in the aerospace industry
- Strong background in system or design engineering, with familiarity in RF, communication, or satellite systems
- Skilled in managing cross-functional and decentralized teams, with experience in risk management, EVMS, and work breakdown structures
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in program performance and execution
- Ability to mentor and lead program engineers, establish standard processes, and work collaboratively with all functional organizations
