✨ About The Role
- The Senior RF Engineer II will be responsible for RF circuits and systems throughout all phases of the development process.
- The role involves designing RF hardware from initial concept through requirements definition, part selection, detailed design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, and qualification.
- The candidate will work on various aspects of phased array communication systems, including RF front-ends, frequency converters, filters, and phased array antennas.
- The position requires participation in proposal-writing efforts and presenting engineering design review materials.
- The successful candidate will engage in tasks such as creating block diagrams, detailed schematics, PCB layout, simulations, and test design.

- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 6 years of industry experience in RF electronics design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting is required.
- Proficiency in board-level schematic design and PCB layout of RF circuits is essential for success in this role.
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as vector network analyzers and spectrum analyzers is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as the candidate will present engineering design review materials to customers and the executive team.
- Experience in a startup environment and a passion for developing leading-edge RF hardware for aerospace systems will be beneficial.
