In recent months, Chainalysis has undergone a CEO transition and acquired two portfolio-expanding companies. The new CEO and company-wide leadership team have ambitious goals to leverage these acquisitions, evolve company culture, and seize a once-in-a-generation market opportunity brought about by industry and regulatory tailwinds in crypto.
The Internal Communications Lead is a scrappy operator and savvy strategist who can take these goals and multiple theses on the market and transform them into an internal communications and engagement strategy. They are: a skilled writer, a tactician and project manager who can pull disparate parts of the company together, unafraid to take risks, and someone who can provide sound advice to an executive team focused on driving urgency, accountability, and better employee engagement.
Note: This role is expected to be on-site in our New York City office 3 days per week.
