✨ About The Role
- Responsible for accessing and analyzing all of Chainalysis' datasets including blockchain data, product usage data, and financial metrics
- Building tools and mechanisms for consolidating and updating data regularly to make it easily accessible to all stakeholders in the company
- Translating product and business questions into quantitative questions, uncovering inputs into success metrics, and publishing weekly reports for product and data science teams
- Collaborating with internal engineering teams to create new datasets when product questions cannot be answered
- Creating new KPIs to track product performance and guiding the product team's initiatives
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in product management, showcasing proven results
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline is preferred
- Proficient in SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse solutions, and databases like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Athena
- Skilled in data pipeline technologies such as Kafka and DBT, and basic data architectures like Event-Driven, Lambda, Data Warehouse
- Experience in statistical analytics and programming languages like Python
