✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and owning the annual planning cycle for sales, including new Sales Initiatives, OKRs, Compensation Plans, Budgets, and Sales Targets
- Act as a program manager for the overall planning schedule, shaping strategies and decisions
- Manage sales compensation, evaluate different approaches, and make key decisions on sales coverage changes
- Maintain credibility with Sales Operations leaders and ensure successful implementation of changes across functions
- Implement mid-year programs to adjust sales strategies and programs as needed

- Experienced in sales planning, strategy, and operations with 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of sales compensation mechanisms and their impact on sales performance
- Proven track record of earning trust and confidence of executives at high-growth tech companies
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, managing complex planning cycles effectively
- Detail-oriented, systematic thinker, and thoughtful executor with excellent communication and leadership skills
