- Responsible for managing and owning the annual planning cycle for sales, including new Sales Initiatives, OKRs, Compensation Plans, Budgets, and Sales Targets - Act as a program manager for the overall planning schedule, shaping strategies and decisions - Manage sales compensation, evaluate different approaches, and make key decisions on sales coverage changes - Maintain credibility with Sales Operations leaders and ensure successful implementation of changes across functions - Implement mid-year programs to adjust sales strategies and programs as needed
