- This role involves overseeing the Deal Operations’ escalation process and providing expert guidance on complex quotes and orders.
- The analyst will provide comprehensive operational support for Chainalysis’ Salesforce instance and related third-party application integrations.
- Communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including Revenue, Customer Success, Services, Legal, and Finance, are essential for an efficient deal process.
- The position requires proactive improvement of processes, tools, and automation to enhance deal/order effectiveness.
- Maintaining a documented record of requests and contributing to the Deal Operations’ playbook is a key responsibility.
- The role demands sound judgment and decision-making regarding policies and procedures, with autonomy to manage critical escalations.

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is essential for this role.
- Candidates should have a background in SaaS sales operations, sales support, or deal support, with proficiency in quoting processes.
- Experience in analyzing complex contracts and identifying issues during the contract/order review process is crucial.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making process improvements and leading projects to implement best practices.
- Strong mentorship, guidance, and coaching skills to support junior staff are important for success in this position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
