✨ About The Role
- Responsible for coordinating enhancements, documentation, and release of new functionality in Salesforce
- Project manage all changes rolled out to SFDC ensuring user understanding prior to rollout
- Design, build, and maintain automation, workflows, process builders, and configurations within the SFDC environment
- Maintain system security and integrity, including updates, adding/removing licenses, and monitoring usage/storage
- Support with procurement and implementation of third-party products
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Salesforce Admin with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS company, and familiarity with CPQ
- Comfortable working in a Lightning environment and leveraging its benefits while overcoming challenges
- Strong understanding of SFDC CRM application architecture and business processes like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative to solve problems and seeks professional growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining respect and confidence
