✨ About The Role
- Partner with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to “value creation” and solution development
- Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers
- Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation
⚡ Requirements
- Experience working with or directly within customers in Public Sector (Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, Government)
- Proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Aptitude for understanding technical concepts such as data analysis, APIs, and logic-based workflows
