✨ About The Role
- The Senior Technical Program Manager will support the blockchain foundations team responsible for integrating and ingesting raw data from blockchain networks
- Key responsibilities include delivering on critical initiatives, onboarding new blockchain protocols, and improving operational rhythms within the R&D team
- The role involves partnering with key partners such as engineering, product, and design, as well as other functions like HR, Legal, Finance, and GTM
- Successful candidates will lead staff and department all-hands, and use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the team’s roadmaps
- Adaptability to a high-growth environment where the business changes rapidly is crucial

- Direct hands-on experience with blockchain protocols is essential for success in this role
- Multiple years of experience driving projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining, and improving processes
- Strong communication skills and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products are key
- Thorough knowledge of SCRUM Methodologies with SCRUM certification(s) is a plus
- Experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership is required
