✨ About The Role
- Responsible for aligning teams and implementing key programs for the entire R&D organization
- Support platform engineering teams by championing infrastructure best practices and scaling systems
- Build strong partnerships with platform engineering teams to influence technical decisions and mitigate risks
- Improve operational rhythm of the R&D team, including planning lifecycle and team all-hands

- Experience in program or project management roles supporting platform engineering/infrastructure teams
- Proficiency in working with cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS and/or GCP
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical management teams
- Knowledge of SCRUM methodologies and experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
