- The Technical Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of the radar product line, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience is required, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with radar, air defense, special forces, or electronic warfare systems is highly valued.
- The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
