- The Field Operations Support Lead will be responsible for testing Darkhive's hardware and software products.
- The role involves submitting bug reports and tickets to development teams to ensure product quality.
- Assisting in the development of product documentation is a key responsibility of this position.
- The candidate will coordinate product demonstrations for end-users during various exercises, expos, and company events.
- Participation in DoD exercises will also be coordinated by the Field Operations Support Lead.
- This position is based on-site at the San Antonio HQ facility, with no remote or hybrid opportunities available.
