We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Compliance Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate compliance operations, with a focus on third-party due diligence and internal clearance processes. The intern will support the Compliance Paralegal and broader team in maintaining high standards of regulatory and ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track active third-party due diligence screening reports to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
• Assist with Partner data access clearance updates and documentation.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in third-party due diligence and compliance.
• Support Compliance with various administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, document review, and internal communications.
• Help maintain organized records and databases related to compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

This is a paid internship offering $15 per hour, requiring 40 hours per week for a minimum commitment of two months. The role is hybrid, with on-site work required at our Austin office.

Interns will be mentored by experienced compliance professionals and will participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects. The team fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where interns are encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas and grow professionally.
