Interested in dynamic sales leader to manage a high-performing sales team within a defined region. Would be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a skilled coach and mentor, capable of inspiring their team to exceed performance goals while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8–10 account executives across the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Optimize team performance through effective processes and resource management.
  • Solve challenges creatively and guide the team through complex sales scenarios.
  • Support negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team development.
  • Analyze and influence key revenue drivers to support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a full-cycle sales team.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales; experience in SaaS or technology sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to set clear expectations and foster open communication.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and coaching best practices.
  • Skilled in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
