We are seeking organized and detail-driven Sales (Renewals) Administrators to support our Sales Renewals teams in delivering seamless subscription management and high-quality data integrity. This role is essential in ensuring our renewals pipeline is maintained effectively and that key revenue processes run smoothly.
You will work closely with Renewals Managers, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners to manage amendments, proactively maintain Salesforce data, helping to provide accurate forecasts.
This is a hybrid opportunity, attending our Cambridge office one day a week.
The role is a 15 months FTC and with the opportunity for future career pathways for successful candidates that could include sales operations, renewals, customer success management.
