✨ About The Role
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high producing sales team to generate revenue opportunities for the organization
- Assisting in recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a sales team
- Formulating and executing monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Assisting the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
âš¡ Requirements
- 4-5 years of software sales experience with a successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise level
- 1-2 years of successful sales management/leadership experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience driving performance management and enabling the success of other individual contributors
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory account mapping, research and planning, and running discovery meetings
