✨ About The Role
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high producing sales team to generate revenue opportunities
- Assisting in recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a sales team
- Formulating and executing monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Assisting sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Managing productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards
âš¡ Requirements
- 3-4 years of software sales experience with a successful track record of winning new business
- 1-2 years of successful sales management/leadership experience
- Experience driving performance management and enabling the success of other individual contributors
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory account mapping, research and planning, and running discovery meetings
- Resilient, positive, energetic, driven, results-oriented, confident, coachable, and eager to help people succeed
